Deployment

From zero to intelligence in under an hour.

Fully managed by PanOps. Fully controlled by you. We set it up, we keep it running, we handle everything — and the keys stay with you. You submit an application. We handle the rest.

Process

How Deployment Works

Four steps from application to first Signal query. PanOps manages the technical work. Your team's involvement is minimal — an onboarding call and connector authorization.

Step 01
Request Access
Submit a design partner application. PanOps reviews fit and schedules an onboarding call — typically within a few business days. The call covers your communication stack, connector selection, and deployment timeline. No long sales process.
~30 minutes — onboarding call
Step 02
Environment Provisioning
PanOps provisions your secure environment on your behalf — compute, storage, networking, database, and the intelligence model are all deployed automatically. You own the environment. PanOps runs the provisioning. Your team doesn’t need to touch a thing.
~20 minutes — fully automated
Step 03
Connect Your Sources
Employees complete a lightweight enrollment and consent flow via mobile web — takes under 2 minutes per person. Administrators authorize each connector via OAuth or API credentials in the PanOps onboarding portal. No endpoint installs. No IT project.
~15–30 minutes — depending on connector count
Step 04
Activate Signal
PanOps begins ingesting communications immediately upon connector activation. The CEO Signal interface goes live. Persistent memory starts building from day one. Your first query can run the same day you deploy.
Under 1 hour — total from provisioning start
Responsibilities

What PanOps Manages vs. What You Control

PanOps provisions and manages the technical infrastructure. You own it and control it — including the keys. This distinction is foundational to how PanOps handles data.

PanOps Manages
  • Cloud infrastructure provisioning and configuration
  • AI model deployment and updates
  • Connector pipeline maintenance
  • Ingestion pipeline and data processing
  • Onboarding support and troubleshooting
  • Security patching of managed components
  • Monitoring and uptime for managed services
You Own & Control
  • Your secure environment and account
  • Your encryption keys — generated in your environment and never shared with PanOps
  • Employee consent and enrollment records
  • Access to your data at all times
  • Decision to add or remove connectors
  • Decision to terminate the deployment
  • All underlying data generated by your organization
