Pricing Plans
Per-employee monthly subscription. Annual prepay includes two months free. All plans include the full PanOps platform — Signal™, Archive, Admin, all supported connectors, and the PanOps-hosted intelligence model.

1 Annual prepay is billed as ten (10) monthly periods at the applicable per-employee rate. Access is provided for twelve (12) months. Effective monthly rate shown is the annual total divided by twelve.
2 All plans are subject to the PanOps Master SaaS Subscription Agreement. Pricing is based on the number of enrolled employees at the time of subscription commencement and is fixed for the subscription term.
3 Each plan includes up to 5,000 AI inference queries per year ("Included Query Allowance"). Queries in excess of the Included Query Allowance are subject to overage fees at the then-current rate. Query complexity tiers and overage pricing are set forth in the applicable Order Form. PanOps reserves the right to throttle or suspend inference access in the event usage materially exceeds the Included Query Allowance without a corresponding overage agreement in place. †
4 Connector availability varies by plan and customer environment. Standard connectors are included in the platform fee. Custom connector development, if required, is priced separately.
5 Tier 1 annual prepay subscriptions are subject to a minimum annual commitment of $12,000. Monthly billing for Tier 1 is subject to a minimum monthly charge of $1,000. Minimum commitment applies to the initial term and each renewal term.
† Inference usage limits are subject to revision. Final limits and overage rates will be set forth in the Order Form executed at time of subscription. PanOps will provide at least thirty (30) days advance written notice of any material change to included query allowances for existing subscribers.
