Specifications — Overview

User Interface

The PanOps interface is a three-panel web application — Signal™, Archive, and Admin. It is designed exclusively around how a CEO actually works: query in natural language, get sourced answers instantly, maintain session memory over time, and manage the platform from a single view.

Three Panels

Panel 1
Signal™
The CEO query interface. Ask any question about your organization in plain language. Receive a sourced, streamed answer drawn from your live communications archive.
Panel 2
Archive
Complete history of every Signal™ session. Reverse-chronological, searchable, read-only. The model can reference prior sessions for continuity across queries.
Panel 3
Admin
Employee roster with per-channel enrollment status. Connector health dashboard with real-time sync indicators. Enrollment link management and connector diagnostics.

Signal™ — The CEO Query Interface

Signal™ is the primary product surface. It is designed to feel familiar to anyone who has used a leading AI chat interface — but it operates exclusively on your organization's own communications data, running inside your own cloud environment.

Query behavior is intentionally opinionated. Signal™ queries all connected channels simultaneously by default. It does not show source citations in the response unless the CEO asks. It does not ask clarifying questions unless the query is genuinely ambiguous. It does not hedge. It delivers conclusions.

  • Natural language text input — no structured query syntax required
  • Token-by-token streaming response — no waiting for a full answer to generate
  • Follow-up questions supported within a session — context maintained throughout
  • Session memory persists — each session builds on prior exchanges
  • Channel scoping available — restrict any query to a single channel on demand
  • Source citations available on request — every answer can be traced to original communications

Archive

Archive provides a complete, persistent record of every Signal™ session. Sessions are displayed in reverse-chronological order with a date, time, and first-line preview. Each session opens as a full read-only conversation thread.

The AI model has read access to Archive — meaning the CEO can ask Signal™ about something discussed in a previous session without re-establishing context. The intelligence layer is continuous, not episodic.

Admin

The Admin panel is the operational control surface for PanOps. It is accessible to both the CEO and any designated administrator accounts. It covers two functions: employee enrollment status and connector health.

Employee Roster

A matrix view — one row per employee, one column per connected channel. Each cell shows enrollment status: connected and active, enrollment pending, or not connected. Administrators can re-send enrollment links, add new employees, and remove departed employees from the roster.

Connector Health Dashboard

Real-time status indicators for every connected platform — green (active), yellow (degraded), or red (failed). Each connector shows the timestamp of its last successful sync. An automatic alert surfaces when any connector has not synced successfully for more than 12 hours.
