Scope of this Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the PanOps Intelligence public website (panops.io) — including contact forms, access request forms, and general site usage. It does not govern the processing of customer or employee communications data ingested through the PanOps platform, which is addressed separately in the Master SaaS Subscription Agreement and Data Processing Addendum between PanOps and each subscribing customer.

1. Who We Are

Fremont Technologies LLC d/b/a PanOps Intelligence ("PanOps," "we," "us," or "our") is a Texas limited liability company. We operate the PanOps Intelligence website and platform. Questions about this Policy may be directed to privacy@panops.io.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you voluntarily submit through the Site, including:

  • Contact and inquiry information — name, email address, company name, job title, and the content of your message when you contact us or submit an access request
  • Communications preferences — any preferences you express when communicating with us

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • IP address and general geographic location (country/region)
  • Browser type, version, and language settings
  • Operating system and device type
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
  • Date and time of your visit

This information is collected through standard web server logs and, where applicable, cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 6 below.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect Through This Site

We do not collect payment information, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information through the public Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect through the Site for the following purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries — to reply to your messages, access requests, and questions
  • Operating the Site — to maintain, improve, and secure the Site and diagnose technical issues
  • Communications — to send you information about PanOps products, updates, or events that you have requested or that we believe may be relevant to you, where permitted by applicable law
  • Analytics — to understand how the Site is used in aggregate and to improve its content and functionality
  • Legal compliance — to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes, and to protect our legal rights

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

We work with third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf — such as web hosting, analytics, and email delivery. These providers access personal information only as necessary to perform their services and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

4.2 Business Transfers

If PanOps is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, personal information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via a prominent notice on the Site if any such transfer results in a material change to how your information is used.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose personal information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process; to protect the safety of any person; to protect the rights or property of PanOps; or to respond to a government request.

4.4 With Your Consent

We may share personal information for any other purpose with your prior consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information collected through the Site for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to respond to your inquiry, or as required by applicable law. Inquiry and contact form submissions are generally retained for up to two (2) years. Web server log data is generally retained for up to ninety (90) days. You may request deletion of your information as described in Section 7.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Site may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as pixel tags and web beacons) to collect usage information and improve your experience. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser.

We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Essential cookies — necessary for the Site to function; cannot be disabled
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate; no personally identifiable information is stored

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain parts of the Site. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but we do not use tracking technologies for cross-site behavioral advertising.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights with respect to personal information we hold about you:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion — request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
  • Opt-out of marketing — unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at privacy@panops.io

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@panops.io. We will respond within thirty (30) days. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA. To submit a privacy request, contact us at privacy@panops.io.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or stored on the Site.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

9. International Transfers

PanOps is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our operations are managed. Data protection laws in the United States may differ from those in your country of residence. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer and processing.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. PanOps is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe we may have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us at privacy@panops.io.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice (such as a banner on the Site). We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
