Fremont Technologies LLC d/b/a PanOps Intelligence ("PanOps," "we," "us," or "our") is a Texas limited liability company. We operate the PanOps Intelligence website and platform. Questions about this Policy may be directed to privacy@panops.io.

We collect information you voluntarily submit through the Site, including:

Inquiry and contact form submissions are generally retained for up to two (2) years. Web server log data is generally retained for up to ninety (90) days. You may request deletion of your information as described in Section 7.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The Site may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as pixel tags and web beacons) to collect usage information and improve your experience. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser.
We use the following categories of cookies:
- Essential cookies — necessary for the Site to function; cannot be disabled
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate; no personally identifiable information is stored

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or stored on the Site.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9. International Transfers
PanOps is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our operations are managed. Data protection laws in the United States may differ from those in your country of residence. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer and processing.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. PanOps is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites.

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
